At position (C), the detection of antibodies in the test collection binds to the biomarker and, if present, a visible collection will appear in the test collection zone. Currently, most diagnostic disease screening is carried out in centralized or hospital-based laboratories by using expensive equipment that requires highly trained staff to operate.
